In the first session we will combine a variety of methods to ensure that every level of your identity is active in pursuing your goals. To make the most of our time together you will be asked to fill out a questioner and provide a handwriting sample a couple days before we meet. When you enter the office, we’ll really explore your goals and do whatever work may be needed to reduce any lingering anxiety. To prepare for a deep trance, you will learn a little about hypnosis and practice what are called suggestibility tests. During the hypnotic trance we will install both positive resources and disengage with whatever has been holding you back. After the trance and perhaps other unconscious communication methods used to achieve success, you will be provided a few self-help tools, including graphotherapy suggestions based upon your handwriting analysis (graphotherapy is changing the handwriting to change the personality). You’ll leave feeling confident and refreshed.
Your second visit to Goodmind will be much like the first in that we will destress and discuss some principles of unconscious work in order to make the most of our time together. This usually goes quickly because much of the material will be a review of your first session. After we discuss your goals the therapy will begin, including a deep and powerful trance. You may be offered more self-help tools before leaving feeling fantastic.
Any further sessions, with few exceptions, are streamlined versions of previous appointments. After assuring that you’re ready to proceed with the methods used to create your desired changes we will move right into the appropriate therapy. Every session will include and deep and effective hypnotic trance before you leave the office feeling happy and refreshed.
Most issues take only one session for many people to resolve. Goodmind is designed to accommodate almost everybody and far exceeds expectations. We are available via text/email to answer questions before or after any session.
